SenderOK - Plug-in for Outlook, which helps to systematize the communication

Microsoft Outlook - a powerful PIM, and often already have the communication are the basis for planning tasks. Plug-ins, which would observe the relationship between messages, not so much, and, in my opinion, the best I can mention only Xobni (pruflink1, pruflink2). SenderOK is a plugin for the systematization of messages, but in contrast to Xobni, which placed emphasis on social networks and relationships between contacts in this plugin the emphasis focuses on the importance of messages from certain contacts.

During the installation of the plugin requires to have an account in their service, and then begins to scan the database of messages. After the scan, when you first start, so that the user no questions about how to use the plugin, you'll see the training video. All would be good, but at the time of scanning my computer is terribly impeded, and after the scanning is already working, there were significant "hang" outlook. I understand that I have a big base, but when using Xobni these brakes are not observed.

The main tools in SenderOK was sorting letters on the importance of the client. Plugin distributes messages came in three virtual folders in order of importance Sender: VIP (very important), Important (Important), Routine (routine). In fact, there is no transfer of messages, the plugin will use filters to display only certain letters in the right place. A special icon in the system tray will indicate how many letters is in these folders, and when you receive new mail from important customers a pop-up message.

If the contact from whom came the message, also uses SenderOK, in a letter displayed a special card with detailed information. A special information panel will also display all correspondence with the client.
